Meteor Run (com.davanti.meteorrun)
Last updated: 5 August 2026
DAVANTI TOV (ТОВ «ДАВАНТІ», ЄДРПОУ 33941024) built the Meteor Run app. This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service, and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
The short version: Meteor Run is a single-player arcade game that works entirely offline. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and makes no network requests of any kind. We do not collect, transmit or share any personal data about You. The only information the app stores is your own settings and your progress in the game, and it never leaves your device.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Personal Data: None. We do not ask for, collect or receive your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, location, or any other personally identifiable information.
Usage Data: None. The Application contains no analytics, no advertising SDK and no crash-reporting SDK. We do not collect your IP address, device identifiers, advertising ID, operating system details or any diagnostic data, and no such information is transmitted anywhere.
Accounts: None. The Application has no sign-in, no registration and no user accounts of any kind. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no leaderboards. Ships and upgrades are bought only with currency earned by playing, and that currency has no monetary value and cannot be purchased.
User-generated content: None. The Application is a single-player game. There is no chat, no messaging, no multiplayer and no way for one player to see another player's content.
The Application saves your preferences and your progress locally so that they are still there the next time you play. This information is written to the device's own app storage as a single entry under the key meteorrun:profile, is readable only by the Application, and is never uploaded, transmitted or shared. It consists of the following fields and nothing else:
lang — the interface language you selected: English, Russian or Ukrainian.haptics — whether vibration feedback is switched on.cells — your current spendable in-game currency.cellsEarned — the lifetime total of that currency, never spent, shown on the Settings screen.ship — which ship is currently equipped.owned — which ships you have bought.levels — the level you hold for each in-game upgrade.best — your best run, in metres.runs — how many runs you have played.totalMetres — your lifetime distance, in metres.None of these fields identifies you: there is no name, no identifier issued to your device and no timestamp among them. You can erase them at any time from within the app, using Reset progress on the Settings screen, which clears your ships, upgrades, currency and records and keeps only your language and vibration preference. Uninstalling the Application removes the entry entirely. Because this data never leaves your device, there is nothing for Us to delete on our side and no request to Us is necessary.
The Application does not contact any server. It works with the device offline and no feature requires a connection. The Android package requests four permissions and no others: INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, which the application framework declares by default and which the Application never uses; VIBRATE, for the vibration feedback you can switch off in Settings; and one internal signature-level permission named after the package itself, com.davanti.meteorrun.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION, which the framework uses so that its own components inside the app can talk to each other and which grants no access to anything outside the Application.
The framework's build would ordinarily add three more — SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — none of which this Application has any use for. They are removed from the released package rather than left in and explained away, so that what the Application asks of your device matches what it actually does. It makes no network requests, and it neither reads nor writes files outside its own private storage. Declaring a permission is not the same as collecting data, and nothing leaves the device. The Application also contains no over-the-air update component, so it does not contact an update server when it launches.
The Application contains no third-party advertising networks, no analytics providers, no social network integrations and no third-party game services. No Service Provider processes data on Our behalf in connection with the Application, because no data is collected.
All of the in-game artwork comes from three freely licensed art packs, and all of the text is set in two open-licensed typefaces:
Every image and every font file is bundled inside the application package and is loaded from the device's own storage. None of them is fetched from a network at runtime, so displaying a sprite or rendering a line of text does not contact any server. The same three art packs are named on the About screen inside the Application, so the origin of the artwork can be checked without opening the source code.
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share personal data, because we hold none. There is no personal data to disclose to affiliates, business partners, other users or any third party.
We retain no personal data, so there is no retention period to state. The settings and progress described above stay on your device for as long as you keep the Application installed, and are under your control alone.
No data is transferred. Nothing is sent to Our servers, to another country, or to any third party, because the Application does not transmit information.
Everything the Application stores can be erased by you, at any time, without contacting Us: use Reset progress inside the app, or uninstall the Application to remove it entirely.
In a merger, acquisition or asset sale, or in response to a lawful request from a court or public authority, We could only disclose data We actually hold. As set out above, We hold no personal data relating to users of the Application.
The strongest protection available is not to collect data in the first place, which is the approach this Application takes. Your settings and progress are held in the Application's private storage and are protected by the operating system's own sandboxing between apps.
The rights granted by the Ukrainian law on personal data protection, by the GDPR, and by equivalent laws such as the Brazilian LGPD — access, correction, deletion and portability — are respected in full. In practice there is nothing to exercise them against: We process no personal data, and the only stored information is on your own device and under your direct control.
The Application is not directed at children. We collect no personally identifiable information from anyone, of any age, so no information about a child can reach Us. If You are a parent or guardian and have a question about the Application, You are welcome to contact Us at the address below.
The Application contains no links to third-party websites and does not open external services. This section is retained only so that it remains accurate if that ever changes: were such a link added, We would have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of that third party.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
Because We hold no contact details for You, We cannot notify You by email. Any change will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
